Vielleicht kommt der eine oder andere ins Tr\u00e4umen, wenn die Praline im Mund schmilzt. Es ist ganz einfach:<br \/>\nGibt ca. 15 St\u00fccke<br \/>\n100 gr. dunkle Schokolade 74%\u00a0Kakao<br \/>\n75\u00a0gr. Dann mit der fl\u00fcssigen\u00a0Schokolade, ca. einen Kaffeel\u00f6ffel voll,\u00a0die Pralinenf\u00f6rmchen ausstreichen und kurz k\u00fchlstellen. Anschliessend die Pranlinenf\u00f6rmchen bis knapp unter den Rand mit Dulce de Leche auff\u00fcllen und ein Korn Fleur de Sel dazu geben.
