Ein Kuchen mit diesen feinen <a href=\"https:\/\/pia-staehli.ch\/blog\/?p=1021\">orangen<\/a> Fr\u00fcchten ist etwas herrliches und geh\u00f6rt f\u00fcr mich zum Sommer dazu. Aber nicht nur Kuchen, sondern auch Konfit\u00fcre l\u00e4sst sich gut daraus machen. So habe ich\u00a0aus einem Kilo Aprikosen und 800gr Kristallzucker Konfit\u00fcre angesetzt. Ich verwende nie Gelierzucker oder sogar Geliermittel, das beeintr\u00e4chtigt meiner Meinung nach das Aroma.
