F\u00fcr zwei Personen braucht es: 1 weisser Chicor\u00e9e, 1 rotfleischige Grapefruit,\u00a0 1 Avocado.<br \/>\nDen\u00a0Chicor\u00e9e l\u00e4ngs halbieren, den Strunk entfernen und in feine Streifen schneiden. Von der Grapefruit die Schale mitsamt weisser Haut d\u00fcnnwandig abschneiden und die einzelnen Schnitze herausfiletieren, dabei den Saft auffangen. Dann \u00fcber den Salat verteilen.
