Die saftigen St\u00e4ngel verarbeite ich gerne auf die unterschiedlichsten Arten. Am liebsten mache ich eine W\u00e4he mit Bl\u00e4tter-,  Kuchen- oder M\u00fcrbeteig. In den letzten Tagen las ich gleich mehrmals auf verschiedenen Blogs ein Rezept f\u00fcr einen Rhabarberkuchen mit Joghurt. wird der fertige Kuchen mit Puderzucker best\u00e4ubt.
