Den Boden mit einer Gabel dicht einstechen. F\u00fcr den Belag werden 2 EL Butter, 130 g brauner Zucker, 150 g Rahm, 50 g Agarvenhonig und 1 Msp. Zimt zusammen in der Pfanne geschmolzen. Zum Schluss 300 g Baumn\u00fcsse dazugeben. Den&nbsp;Kuchen mit Eigelb anstreichen. Das Rezept habe ich aus dem Internet, weiss aber leider nicht mehr von wem, weil ich es f\u00fcr mich auf einem Notizzettel notiert habe.
