Zum Beispiel mit Kohl, den gibt es noch in unserem <a title=\"Woche 43: Outdoor \u2013 Indoor?\" href=\"https:\/\/pia-staehli.ch\/blog\/?p=1496\">Garten<\/a>\u00a0in diversen Sorten: Blaukohl, Rosenkohl und Gr\u00fcnkohl (Wirz).<br \/>\nAlle Zutaten f\u00fcr mein Wirzgericht\u00a0ist in Bioqualit\u00e4t aus dem eigenen Anbau:<br \/>\n1 Rote Zwiebel<br \/>\n1 Knoblauchzehe<br \/>\n4 Das Gericht wird knapp weich gekocht und mit Rahm verfeinert. Kohl ist gut f\u00fcr die Abwehrkr\u00e4fte, ist sehr <a href=\"http:\/\/doazmol-rezepte.ch\/archive\/11128\">vitaminreich<\/a>\u00a0und Entz\u00fcndungshemmend,\u00a0beugt Schnupfen und Husten vor.
