Wir s\u00e4en Randen (Rote Beete) bei uns im Garten jedes Jahr aus und hoffen auf eine reiche Ernte. Das rote Gem\u00fcse ist reich an Vitamin-B, Kalium, Eisen und hat einen hohen Fols\u00e4uregehalt.
