F\u00fcr mein Kr\u00e4utersalz\u00a0habe ich ganz viele aromatische Kr\u00e4uter im Garten geschnitten, wie Liebst\u00f6ckel, Thymian, Oregano, Majoran, Rosmarin, Petersilie, Schnittlauch und Basilikum. Am besten duften die Kr\u00e4uter an einem sonnigen Tag, die \u00e4therischen Wirkstoffe sind dann am intensivsten. Bei mir kommt zus\u00e4tzlich noch eine scharfe, rote Chilischote dazu. Die Kr\u00e4uter kommen mit der doppelten Menge Salz in ein grosses Glas, und werden\u00a0mindestens sechs Monate im K\u00fchlschrank gelagert. Dabei die Backofent\u00fcre leicht ge\u00f6ffnet halten. Das Salz wird steinhart, und muss in einer M\u00fchle (Getreidem\u00fchle) gemahlen werden.
